PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Shopify Pay and Apple Pay. Furthermore, we also accept all major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, JCB, American Express, Discover and Maestro. Please note that all payments are charged in American Dollars. The final amount reflected on your bill may differ depending on the exchange rate at the time your bank processes the transaction.

When will my 'In Stock' order be dispatched?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
How much will shipping cost?
We dispatch orders from Virginia. Based on your location shipping fee can differ. However, if you shop more than $50, It is FREE. You don't pay for the shipping.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
The time for you to receive your order varies from your location, however, it usually takes 3-4 days.
ORDER ISSUES
I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels.
If your order has been sent in two separate parcels you will be provided two separate tracking numbers in your confirmation email. You can track both packages at USPS Tracking page and see the full tracking details for each parcel.
If after all packages have arrived, an item is still missing, please contact us with the order number and the missing items SKU (this can be found on the order invoice). We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (EST time). We will endeavour to reply to your query within 2 working days and we will advise you on what to do next.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We want to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please contact us at support@hughugoli.com with order number.
You can use the provided return shipping label to ship us back the incorrect item at no charge. Please indicate the error on your returns card and include it in the package you are sending back.
Subject to stock availability, we will do our best to send you the correct item. Should we no longer have the stock, we will process a refund to the card used to place the order in the amount of the unavailable items.
Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?
You can use the provided return shipping label to ship us back the incorrect item at no charge.
Can I purchase from outside the US/Canada?
Unfortunately, we do not ship products internationally.
